HOW IT WORKS

What to Expect

A clear, no-surprises path from your first visit to being discharged with a plan to stay that way.

1

Full Assessment

Your physiotherapist reviews your history, assesses movement and strength, and identifies what's actually driving the pain — not just where it hurts.

2

Hands-On Treatment

Manual therapy, mobilization and targeted techniques to calm pain and restore movement from session one.

3

A Plan Built for You

Progressive exercises and a home program tailored to your body, your goals and your timeline — sport, work or everyday life.

4

Same Clinician, Every Visit

You see the same physiotherapist throughout your care, so nothing gets lost between appointments.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No — in Alberta you can book physiotherapy directly. A referral may still be useful for certain insurance claims, so check with your provider if you're unsure.

Will you direct bill my insurance?

Yes, we offer direct billing to most major extended health providers, plus MVA and WCB claims, so you're not paying out of pocket and waiting on a reimbursement.

How long is a session?

Initial assessments and follow-up visits are full-length, one-on-one appointments — you're not sharing your clinician's attention with another patient in the same time slot.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, your insurance information if you have extended health coverage, and any relevant imaging or reports if applicable.
